Learn: Communication styles in meetings

Choosing an appropriate communication style and designing your meeting around it will be helpful to all presenters and attendees.

It also means you can inform people on the purpose of the meeting so they can prepare. This is especially important if they are used to something different than what you have prepared.

Choosing the right communication style

Every communication style has its place. Think carefully about which style is best suited to each meeting, and consciously set up the meeting according to that style.

Look at each communication style to see when you might choose it.
